I stayed here for a week. I miss it now. It is kinda pricey. $500 for a week but everything works. Had a kitchenette with separate sink for dishes. Hot water. Nice shower. Plenty of space. Has cupboards and cabinets for storage. It is being renovated but only during the day. I'm a night worker and wasn't bothered at all. I don't know about the pool area. It's winter. No one is swimming right now. Lol

Fast service the employees are very helpful and understanding on any situation you have or need help with. Reyna and heaven were very professional and nice The rooms are brand new and very clean. The pool is awesome and clean as well. I give this place a big thumbs up and a standing ovation to how they turned this place around from a homeless hangout to a 5 star motel. Great job!!! I will be a returning customer.

I've stayed here a few times when I come to visit family while driving a semi. Stayed in one of the old rooms, it was like a prison cell. The new rooms are awesome. They feel bigger than they are, plenty of light and outlets. The kitchenette and cook top are a great addition. I cook in my truck, so I can bring in food and my skillet to cook with. Enjoying seeing this place hopefully make a great comeback in town since all the long term residents have been removed.

Moving on up, to a deluxe 🤣🤣🤣 I'm joking but that is exactly what I was singing when we stayed last night, EVERYTHING is clean new and nice the pool is inviting and safe, The People working last night very friendly and helpful, I don't usually leave reviews but I felt this was worth it. good job guys ❤️ ❤️❤️

Hotel is immaculate!! Pleasant surprise as it was our first time with this brand. Booked a suite. Spacious, very clean, bright room. Bed was comfy with new sheets and soft, fluffy towels. Stayed here on way to cruiseport. Nice iron and ironing board. Pool was sparkling with chaise lounges with a shaded area with seating area. Staff friendly. Safe area. No breakfast included however many restaurants close by. Good location and price. Your research has been done for you! Just go.

I am currently here for an extended stay and I just wanted to say WOW! The owner has taken a motel that used to look run down & sketchy, remodeled it and hired the BEST staff to make it my new favorite place to stay. Seriously, everyone from the housekeeping staff, the sweet & funny lady at the desk, & the guy who works the desk at night, to the owner himself really work hard to make their guests stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. If you come through the town of Alvin and need a place to stay for the night, STUDIO 6 MOTEL is the place. You will not regret it !! Tell them Tanja sent you!!😁🤠
